Berry Denmark accepts payment with AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Shop Pay and UnionPay.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only charged to your card when the item is dispatched.
Shipping
Shipping is free worldwide.
The delivery time is normally 1-5 business days. Orders placed before 11:30 are shipped the same day from our warehouse in Denmark. Please note that delays may occur due to force majeure situations such as weather conditions or delays with shipping companies.
Right of withdrawal and return policy
At Berry Denmark, we offer a simple, transparent and secure return process that complies with applicable Danish legislation and EU rules for online shopping.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Berry Denmark. The period applies from the day after you have received your order. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the following business day.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the expiry of the 14 days that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.
How to return an item
Returns are made via our online return portal. Here you can easily create your return by following the instructions:

Once your return has been created, you will automatically receive a return label by email, which you can print yourself and attach to the parcel. The parcel must then be handed in to the carrier stated on the return label. It is not possible to return items in person.
Return shipping
When returning an item, the shipping costs are automatically deducted from the refund of your purchase. Return costs are paid by the customer and amount to a fixed price of DKK 89, which will be clearly shown before you confirm the creation of your return via the return portal.
Condition of the item upon return
In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as when received. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels intact and with the order confirmation or receipt enclosed.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item. In the event of depreciation, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of items:
Custom-made products
Items with a personal touch, e.g. products with engravings

Exchange of items
If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it via the return portal and then place a new order for the desired item on the webshop.
Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days before the refund is visible in your account.
If the refund does not appear in your account within 15 business days after approval of the return, please contact us at hello@berrydenmark.dk.
Complaints regarding defective or incorrect items
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, Berry Denmark provides a 24-month right of complaint. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt at hello@berrydenmark.dk with your order number, photos and a short description of the issue. We will assess the case and find an appropriate solution, including possible exchange or refund at no cost to you.
Complaints procedure
For complaints, please contact us at hello@berrydenmark.dk. If we do not find a solution, you may file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus.
Privacy policy
In order to deliver the item, we need your name, address and email address. The information is stored by Popcorn Media for five years and then deleted. We only cooperate with data processors within the EU/EEA.
