Payment

Are my payment details secure when I buy from you?

Your payment information is always safe when you shop with us. We use Shopify Payments, one of the most recognized payment solutions on the market. All information is encrypted and treated confidentially, so you can shop safely and with peace of mind.

Has my payment gone through?

Once your payment has been approved, we will send you an order confirmation email shortly. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder just in case. If you still need a confirmation, you are always welcome to contact us at hello@berrydenmark.dk

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with most payment methods at Berry Denmark. We accept MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, Shop Pay and several other popular solutions. Just choose the method that suits you best when completing your order.

Order

Is my purchase approved?

Once your purchase has been approved, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your spam folder if you have not received it. If you still have not received anything, you can always write to us at hello@berrydenmark.dk .

I have not received an order confirmation.

If you have not received an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase, we recommend that you check your spam folder. If you do not find it there, you are always welcome to contact us at hello@berrydenmark.dk and we will investigate it for you.

I have not received all the products in my order.

If you are missing one or more products in your order, please write to us at hello@berrydenmark.dk . We will investigate it immediately and ensure that you receive your goods as soon as possible.

Delivery

What delivery methods can I choose from?

We ship your products with Homerunner, which partners with Bring. You can choose delivery to your door or to a parcel shop, whichever suits you best. Delivery is always free, no matter which method you choose.

Can I pick up my order at your address?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order from us. All orders will be sent directly to your chosen address or parcel shop with our delivery partners.

How long is the delivery time?

We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your address and delivery method. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Where is my package?

You can track your package at Bring by entering your shipping number at tracking.bring.dk . You will find the number in your email with shipping info. You can also always see your order status directly here: medlem.berrydenmark.dk/orders .

I forgot to pick up my package at the parcel shop.

If you have not had time to pick up your package from the parcel shop, it will automatically be sent back to us. Once we have received the package, we will contact you by email with information about reshipping or refunding. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to write to hello@berrydenmark.dk .

Where is the package being shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Aalborg.

Cancellation and change

I would like to cancel my order.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order if we have already started printing your iPhone case. If your order has not been put into production, we will of course do our best to help. Otherwise, you can always return your case once you have received it. Contact us at hello@berrydenmark.dk if you have any questions.

Can I correct my order?

Once your order has been placed, we generally cannot change your order, model or add additional products if we have already started printing your iPhone case. You are always welcome to contact us at hello@berrydenmark.dk and we will see if we can help before the order is processed.

Can I change the delivery address?

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@berrydenmark.dk . We can only change the address if your order has not yet been shipped.

Return

How do I return an item?

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt. Use our return portal: return.homerunner.com/Berry%20Denmark%20Returnering/DK . It costs DKK 89 to return an order. We will process your refund as soon as possible once we have received the return package.

Can I exchange products with engraving?

Unfortunately, engraved products cannot be exchanged or returned as they are made especially for you.

Have you received my return?

Once we have received and processed your return package, you will be notified by email. The processing time may vary a few days after receipt. If you have not heard from us after 30 business days, please contact us at hello@berrydenmark.dk .

I cannot create my return via your portal.

If you experience problems creating your return via our returns portal, we recommend that you try again later. If it still doesn't work, you can contact us at hello@berrydenmark.dk and we will help you further.

I have made a return, but I would like to keep my products anyway

If you have created a return but still want to keep your products, you can simply not send the package back. Then nothing more will happen from our side.

When will the amount be refunded?

Once we have received and processed your return package, we will refund the amount to your account. It may take up to 30 business days for the funds to be available, depending on processing time and your bank.

I received an incorrect refund amount.

If you believe you have received an incorrect refund amount, please check your return email for details of the statement. If you are still in doubt, please contact us at hello@berrydenmark.dk .

How is the refund of products purchased at promotional prices calculated?

When returning products purchased at a promotional price or as part of a package offer, the amount you paid for the purchase will be refunded. If you return only part of a package offer, your refund will be adjusted based on the items you keep and the terms of the promotion.

Can I get a refund if the product I purchased is on sale?

If the product you purchased later goes on sale, we will not refund the price difference. If you have not used the item and it is still within the 14-day return period, you can return it and buy it again at the sale price.

Complaint

I have received the wrong item.

If you have received the wrong item, we apologize for the error. Contact us at hello@berrydenmark.dk and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I have received a broken, damaged or defective item.

If you have received a broken, damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@berrydenmark.dk with a picture of the item. We will help you with a solution as soon as possible.

How long is my right of complaint?

You have a 24-month warranty on all items purchased from us, starting from the day you receive your order. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use of the product.

Discounts and promotions

What are your campaign terms?

Our online promotions and discounts only apply to orders placed directly via the website. The offers are time-limited and can only be used during the promotional period – not before or after. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or used on already discounted items. Personal discount codes may not be shared with others.

How do returns on promotions and offers work?

If you return a bundled offer or an order where you have received a discount by purchasing multiple products, your refund will be adjusted based on the items you actually keep. Returning only part of the order may result in the original discount being forfeited if the terms of the offer are no longer met. The final amount you will be refunded will therefore be adjusted based on the new total price.

I placed an order before a promotion/offer. Can I still get a discount on my order?

Our promotions and offers are only valid during the period in which they are active and visible on the website. If you have placed an order before or after the campaign, we unfortunately cannot offer a discount on this order. If you have purchased before the campaign starts, you are always welcome to return your order and order again at the promotional price as long as the products are still available.

How do I use my discount code?

You can easily use your discount code at checkout. Once you have added your products to your cart and are going to checkout, enter the discount code in the “discount code” field and click apply. The discount will be automatically deducted from your order if the code is valid.

I forgot to enter my discount code, can I still add it?

If you have forgotten to enter your discount code at checkout, we unfortunately cannot add it to an order that has already been placed. You are always welcome to use your code next time.

Iphone cases

Fits cases for multiple iPhone models

Our iPhone cases only fit the specific model they are designed for. Differences in size, shape, and placement of buttons and camera mean that one case cannot be used for multiple iPhone models.
