Delivery time is usually 1-5 business days. Orders placed before 11:30 AM will be shipped the same day from our warehouse in Denmark. Please note that delays may occur due to force majeure situations such as weather conditions or delays with shipping companies.
At Berry Denmark, we offer a simple, transparent and secure return process that complies with current Danish legislation and EU regulations for online shopping.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Berry Denmark. The period applies from the day after you receive your order. If the period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the following business day.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14 days have expired that you wish to cancel the purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Once your return has been created, you will automatically receive a return label via email, which you can print and attach to the package. The package will then be delivered to the carrier listed on the return label. It is not possible to return items in person.
When returning, the shipping costs will be automatically deducted from the refund of your purchase. Return costs are at the customer's expense.
If you are returning from Denmark, the return shipping fee is a fixed price of DKK 89.
If you are returning from a country other than Denmark, the shipping cost depends on the country and carrier in question. You can always see the current return shipping price in our returns portal before confirming your return.
The exact return shipping cost is clearly stated before you confirm the creation of your return via the returns portal.
In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as when received. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact and accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and function of the goods. In the event of deterioration in value, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the deterioration.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:
Custom-made products
Items with a personal touch, such as products with engravings
If you are in doubt whether your item is covered by the exceptions, please contact our customer service.
If you have obtained a discount when purchasing several items together – for example, "buy 3 for the price of 2", "buy 3 and get 30% off", or similar quantity discounts – and you subsequently return one or more of the items, Berry Denmark reserves the right to adjust the discount in connection with the refund.
If you return so many items that the conditions for the discount are no longer met, the discount will be cancelled and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. This means that for the item(s) you retain, you will pay the normal selling price that was applicable at the time of purchase and will only be refunded the difference.
Example:
If you have purchased 3 covers for the price of 2 and you choose to return 2 covers, you will then pay the normal price for the cover you keep. The same applies to other discount or volume offers where the discount is given because you have purchased a certain number or for a certain amount.
If you have obtained free shipping because your purchase exceeded a certain amount, and you subsequently return all or part of the order so that the total purchase amount no longer meets the condition for free shipping, the normal shipping price on the webshop will be deducted from your refund amount. This ensures fair regulation in accordance with applicable consumer law.
If you want to exchange an item, you must return it via the returns portal and then place a new order for the desired item on the webshop.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.
If the refund does not appear in your account within 30 business days after the return has been approved, please contact us at hello@berrydenmark.dk. .
In accordance with the Danish Sales Act, Berry Denmark offers a 24-month warranty. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt at hello@berrydenmark.dk with order number, pictures and a short description of the error. We will assess the matter and find a suitable solution, including possible exchange or refund at no cost to you.

In order to deliver the product, we need your name, address and email address. The information is stored by Popcorn Media for five years and then deleted. We only cooperate with data processors within the EU/EEA.

All covers are made-to-order. This means that when you buy an iPhone case from us, we print your chosen design by hand in our office. All of our cover designs are also made by Berry here in Denmark. There may be small variations and small ink dots in our covers when they are printed by hand. This makes the cases more unique, and is a small reminder that they are printed in Denmark, and not finished in a large factory.
