Berry Denmark is owned and operated by Popcorn Media in Denmark. All designs are developed by Berry Denmark in Denmark. The products are produced and shipped via our partner in Lithuania within the EU. Berry Denmark is always your contracting party and responsible for your purchase, regardless of which country we deliver to.
Payment
Berry Denmark accepts payment with AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Shop Pay and UnionPay.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount will only be charged to your card once your order has been shipped.
Production and order fulfillment
All products are made to order. When you complete an order, it is sent to our manufacturer in Lithuania, where your product is printed and packaged on behalf of Berry Denmark.
We do not have a stock of finished goods. Each order is produced specifically for the individual customer.
It can take up to 48 hours on weekdays from the time you place your order until it is shipped from our manufacturer. The subsequent delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and delivery zone.
Berry Denmark is responsible for quality, delivery, complaints and your rights as a consumer.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to a wide range of countries worldwide. The available shipping methods and prices are always clearly displayed at checkout for the country you are shipping to.
Within selected EU countries, free standard delivery is offered with an expected delivery time of approximately 3 to 10 business days. In some countries, faster delivery with an expected delivery time of approximately 2 to 4 business days can be selected for an additional charge of 30 kroner, where this option is offered.
For selected countries in Oceania, economy delivery with an expected delivery time of approximately 8 to 16 business days at a price of 2 euros and express delivery with an expected delivery time of approximately 3 to 4 business days at a price of 100 kroner can be offered, where these options are shown at checkout.
For the USA and Canada, economy delivery with an expected delivery time of approximately 8 to 14 business days at a price of 2 euros and express delivery with an expected delivery time of approximately 2 to 3 business days at a price of 100 kroner can be offered, where these options appear at checkout.
To other countries where we offer delivery, economy delivery can have an expected delivery time of approximately 8 to 14 business days at a cost of 2 euros and express delivery can have an expected delivery time of approximately 2 to 5 business days at a cost of 110 kroner, depending on the destination country and the options displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, local conditions or carrier delays. Any customs duties and import duties outside the EU are paid by the recipient according to the rules of the country in question.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Berry Denmark, in accordance with current Danish legislation and EU rules for online shopping. The period is calculated from the day after you receive your order.
If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the following weekday.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the deadline that you wish to cancel the purchase.
After your notification, you have another 14 days to return the item.
How to return
Returns are made via our returns portal. The address for the returns portal is stated on your order confirmation and on our website.
Once you have created your return, you will receive a return label via email. This should be printed and placed on the package, which will then be handed over to the designated carrier.
It is not possible to return goods in person.
Return freight
When returning, return shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund.
If you are returning from Denmark, the return shipping is a fixed price of 89 kroner.
For returns from other countries, the price depends on the country and carrier. The current price is clearly displayed in the returns portal before you approve the creation of your return.
Condition of the item
To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as when received.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact and accompanied by order confirmation or receipt.
You are only liable for any loss of value caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods.
In the event of depreciation, we may deduct an amount equal to the depreciation from your refund.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specific wishes or have a clear personal touch, for example products with personal images, names or other individual customizations.
Standard products that are simply produced to order without personalization are generally covered by the general right of withdrawal.
Discounts and promotions
If you have obtained a discount when purchasing multiple items together, for example buy 3 for the price of 2 or buy 3 and get a 30 percent discount, and you subsequently return part of the order, Berry Denmark reserves the right to adjust the discount in connection with the refund.
If the conditions are no longer met after the return, the discount will be cancelled and the refund amount adjusted. You will then pay the normal selling price for the items you keep.
Free shipping with minimum purchase
If you have obtained free shipping because your purchase exceeded a specified amount, and you subsequently return so much of the order that the condition is no longer met, the normal shipping cost will be deducted from your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Exchange
If you want to exchange an item, you return it via the returns portal and then place a new order for the desired item.
Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, we will process the refund within 10 business days to the payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days before the amount appears in your account.
If the refund does not appear in your account within 30 business days after the approved return, please contact us at hello@berrydenmark.dk.
Complaint
You have a 24-month right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@berrydenmark.dk with the order number, pictures and a brief description of the problem.
If the complaint is justified, we will offer a solution, which may be an exchange, new delivery or refund at no cost to you.
Access to complaints
If we cannot find a solution together, you can complain to the House of Appeals via the Complaints Portal for the House of Appeals.
